5. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship and installed equipment according to manufacturer specifications. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project agreement.

Warranty coverage may be void if:

  • Damage is caused by misuse or negligence

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Securing necessary permits and approvals
  • Site accessibility during construction
  • Regular maintenance after project completion

7. Liability and Insurance

Blue Service maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. However, clients are responsible for maintaining their own property insurance and liability coverage.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under specific circumstances outlined in the project contract. Termination fees and refund policies will be applied as per the agreement terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Direct negotiation between parties
  • Mediation if necessary
  • Legal arbitration as a last resort
